This method helps increase efficiency in the development of the concept and completion of the project.
Design Build: Our S&S Mechanical team keeps everything in-house. We design it and we built it. We utilize our expertise and understanding regarding complex piping and plumbing systems of various industries. We then have our engineers and CAD designers, who have the technical knowledge and the experience to help design and built the project with keeping the clients’ construction budget and dream design into consideration.

Design Assist: Since we are not a design firm our primary objective is the “build” not the “design” which means our design costs are cheaper than firms. Once we start building, our team knows the intent of the project because we designed it, so the building costs are cheaper. We work with architects and general contractors to complete an overall design and submit for a permit with the local building departments.
Post-Construction: After the project has been finished, we can provide you with the care and maintenance of your project. Our in-house service and maintenance team can work to perform scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and services, and uphold the value of your property throughout the lifetime of the warranty.
