Sized correctly the first time

Adding a tankless water heater or outdoor kitchen often pushes an existing gas line past its capacity. We calculate total BTU load and pipe length so every appliance gets the pressure it needs, not just the newest one.

Do gas line installations require a permit in Washoe County?

Most new gas piping and appliance additions require a permit and inspection. We handle permits as part of the job.

Can you convert my appliance from electric to gas?

Yes, if gas service is available. We run the new line, install a shutoff and test the connection. A separate electrician may be needed for any electrical changes.

Will my existing gas line support a tankless water heater?

Often not. Tankless units can require 150,000–200,000 BTU. We check your meter and line sizing and quote any upsizing up front.
